On 10 January, the Speaker and the party group leaders in the Riksdag entered into an agreement on procedures for the work of the Riksdag in connection with the pandemic.
For example, all those present in the Chamber are urged to wear a face mask for votes. Face masks are also recommended for other meetings in the Chamber where there are many people in attendance, for example debates between party leaders.
This agreement replaces the agreement of 1 December 2021 on the work of the Riksdag for the period 1 December 2021–10 January 2022 in the light of the COVID-19 pandemic. It will apply until 13 February 2022.
